Our journey began in a small college town in Storm Lake, Iowa. I came to the United States from Malaysia to pursue higher education, while my wife had made her way here from Sri Lanka a few years earlier. We met in college, fell in love, and were married soon after graduating.
Over the years, our family grew, and so did the life we built together. Today, our children are grown—one married and the other soon to be—and we couldn’t be more proud of the paths they’re creating.
As we step into a new season of life, we’ve begun settling back in Malaysia. While distance may separate us across continents, it has only deepened our appreciation for the moments we’ve shared and the ones still to come.
This site is our way of staying close—of holding onto memories, sharing new ones, and keeping our family connected no matter where life takes us. It’s a place to remember, to reflect, and to celebrate the journey that continues to unfold.
